Lovfamilia

Lovfamilia is an app designed to help people stay meaningfully connected to the people they care about. We are a small, independent product. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@invenova.tech.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and the display name you choose. We use these to identify your account and personalise your experience. We do not sell this information to anyone.

Profile content. Things you add to your profile,your picture, funny facts, likes, special dates, love language preferences, and your private note,are stored so the app can show them to you and, where you have chosen to share them, to the specific people you selected. Nothing is shared without your explicit action.

Relationships and contacts. When you add someone to your circle of care, we store their name, phone number, and the relationship type you chose. Phone numbers are used only to generate WhatsApp deep links that open on your own device,we never send messages on your behalf, and we do not share phone numbers with any third party.

Messages and notebook entries. In-app chat messages are end-to-end encrypted before they leave your device. This means we cannot read your messages, even as the people who built and operate this service. Notebook entries (photos, voice notes, text) are stored in our cloud storage but are protected by access rules that allow only the two participants in that relationship to retrieve them.

Mood and self-care data. When you select a mood or engage with self-care features, this is processed locally on your device. If you choose to share your mood with specific people, a notification message is sent to those people. We do not analyse mood data for advertising or any purpose beyond delivering the feature you asked for.

Milestones and concerns. These are stored on our servers, protected by database access rules that restrict visibility to you and the people you have explicitly connected with.

Usage data. We collect basic, anonymous technical information (browser type, errors, page load times) to keep the app running. This is not linked to your identity.

Lovfamilia uses database-level Row Level Security (RLS) to protect your messages. This means:

• Only the two people in a conversation can read their messages,enforced at the database level, not just the app level.
• Messages are accessible from any device you log into with your account.
• As the app operators, we have administrative access to the database. We do not read your messages, but we want to be transparent that the technical capability exists. We will never share, sell, or use message content for any purpose.
• WhatsApp messages sent via the check-in feature are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a managed database platform built on PostgreSQL, with servers in the region you were closest to when the project was created. Supabase stores data at rest with encryption and in transit over HTTPS. We apply row-level security policies so database queries only return data the requesting user is authorised to see.

Media files (profile pictures, notebook photos and voice notes) are stored in Supabase Storage, a cloud object store, accessible only via authenticated, access-controlled URLs.

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable precautions, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security concern, please email us immediately.

Lovfamilia+ subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your payment card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive only a notification that a subscription is active or cancelled, along with a customer reference ID.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you,email us and we will provide it.
• Delete your account and all associated data,email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
• Correct inaccurate data,you can update most things directly in the app under Profile.
• Export your data,email us and we will provide a copy in a readable format.
• Withdraw consent,you can stop using the app and request deletion at any time.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as described in this policy (Supabase for infrastructure, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Vercel for hosting).

Lovfamilia is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continuing to use Lovfamilia after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
